Bathrooms
- Mirrors, sinks, and vanity tops thoroughly cleaned
- Tubs and showers scrubbed, rinsed, and dried (including grout cleaning as necessary, within reason)
- Toilets disinfected inside and out, including the base and surrounding areas (remove items, clean the floor, and replace items)
- Cabinet faces and sides wiped down
- Windowsills and blinds dusted
- All smudges removed from windows (interior only)
- Baseboards and all woodwork dusted
- Fingerprints wiped off light switches and smudges cleaned from walls
- Light fixtures dusted
- Rugs vacuumed and picked up
- Floors vacuumed and mopped—rugs placed back down
- Bath fan cover dusted
- Trash emptied and bag replaced
Bedrooms & Offices
- Dust and wipe down all furniture (move small items, vacuum/mop underneath, and replace)
- Dust pictures and shelves
- Clean windowsills and blinds
- Wipe mirrors
- Remove smudges from all windows (interior only)
- Dust baseboards and all woodwork
- Dust lamps and lampshades
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Vacuum and mop hard floors, then return rugs to their places
- Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Eliminate fingerprints from light switches and wash smudges off walls
- Trash emptied and bag replaced
Kitchen & Dining Room
- Countertops thoroughly cleaned, including the areas beneath all items
- Backsplash, cabinet faces, and sides wiped down
- Sink scrubbed and dried
- Exterior of all appliances cleaned, ensuring stainless steel shines
- Interior of the microwave thoroughly cleaned
- Windowsills and blinds dusted
- All smudges removed from windows (inside only)
- Tables, chairs, and other furniture dusted and washed
- Pictures and shelves dusted
- Mirrors polished
- Baseboards and all woodwork dusted
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed
- Hard floors vacuumed and mopped – rugs returned to their places
- Fingerprints wiped from light switches, and minor wall smudges cleaned
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted
- Stove hood cleaned
- Trash and recycling bins emptied, and bags replaced
Living Areas, Stairs & Hallways
- Dust and wipe all furniture
- Vacuum upholstered furniture as needed
- Vacuum and pick up rugs
- Vacuum and mop hard floors, then return rugs
- Clean mirrors
- Dust baseboards and all wooden surfaces
- Dust windowsills and blinds
- Remove smudges from all windows (inside only)
